DeepShift Therapy

Over the span of a month, we’ll focus on making big shifts to 1-2 major areas of your life.

For example, you may want to stop engaging in a troubling behavior, shift your inner critic, learn self-compassion, set boundaries, or know your relational needs.

I first offer a 2-hour session to:

  • get clear on what you want to shift and discover subconscious knowings that may be holding the behavior or feeling state in place.

  • show you how I work experientially with your system to support inner transformations and neurobiological changes.

  • give my take on what seems possible to reach in a month based on your inner landscape and context.

  • walk you through the process & answer any questions.

If you decide the journey isn’t right for you at the end of the first 2 hour session, you won’t be charged.

If you say yes to the journey, we’ll aim for the next 10 hours to occur in the first 10 days. Each session will run between 3-5 hours.

The remaining 8 hours will occur in 2-3 hour format, with 1-2 weeks between each session.

This intensive format is a neurobiologically effective way to reach your longings faster by staying on focus with longer and closely spaced sessions.

The discoveries and transformations that are possible in 1+ years of weekly therapy, I’ve seen emerge in just a month.

Some folks feel complete with therapy after one round of DeepShift. Folks with more complex trauma find multiples rounds supportive.

My rate is $325/hour.
